IAPPF Platinum Sponsor Overview V-101
Paddle Brand Program

Your paddle.
In the hands of the pros who sell it.

The facility wall is the hardest shelf in the sport. Pro shops have been burned by paddles that sat there all season, so most will not take a chance on a new one. We take the risk out for them: a small starter order to get in the door, demo paddles in the head pro's hands, and we pay the facility to run demo days and promote you. Reorders run through Summit as your paddle sells.

Why paddle distribution is so hard

Every paddle brand we talk to hits the same wall. The numbers explain it.

1,214Brands on the USA Pickleball approved paddle list
50%Of those brands approved one paddle and never came back
55%Of paddle sales happen online, not in a shop

"We got stuck with paddles that never moved."
A small starter order, set during onboarding, so saying yes costs the facility almost nothing. Reorders only follow sell through.
"Paddle tech changes every season."
Facilities reorder through Summit in small batches as paddles sell, instead of buying a season of inventory up front.
"Nobody buys a paddle they haven't hit."
Demo days on court, run by the facility, plus a demo bag at the desk. Players hit it in real games before they buy.
"Our head pro decides what sells."
Every facility gets a pro care package: demo paddles for the head and teaching pros, plus a Summit certification so they know the paddle cold.
1
Start small
Each facility places a small starter order of your paddles. Low risk for them, real shelf presence for you.
2
Arm the pros
You send a pro care package of demo paddles. The head and teaching pros play it, teach with it, and get certified on it in Summit.
3
We pay the facility to sell it
Demo days on court, three Brands We Love newsletter features with a social post alongside each, and staff who recommend it.
4
Reorders through Summit
As paddles sell, the facility reorders in Summit. Small batches, no dead stock, and the wall keeps your paddle on it.

Choose a cohort size. Each facility runs one 90 day activation, then keeps ordering through Summit.

1
Choose what each facility runs
Applies to every facility in your mix. The full activation is priced as a package. Pieces on their own carry a 15% premium.
Always included: Pro certification in Summit · 90 days fully tracked in Summit · Ongoing wholesale ordering through Summit
🎁
Pro care package, from you
Every facility gets demo paddles for its head and teaching pros and the demo bag at the desk. You ship them, we deliver the program around them. Set how many in What it returns, and the cost is counted in your numbers.
2
Choose your cohort
Every cohort is a mix of Triple Crown, Gold, Silver, and Bronze facilities. Prices reflect the pieces you chose above.
The mix in your cohort
Your cohort is a mix of these tiers. The exact mix can vary by market and facility availability, but the reach on your cohort card stays constant. If a facility changes, we replace it with one that keeps you at that reach or above.
How tiers are set. Every facility is placed in a tier based on two things: the size of its email list and its weekly foot traffic. Tier figures shown are typical for each tier. Activation is billed 50% at signing and 50% when each facility places its initial minimum order, or completes its first deliverable if no order is included.
Demo products. The brand provides each facility enough product samples, in the quantity the brand deems appropriate, to run its three demo days. The specific products and quantities are set together during onboarding.
Step 2 of 6

Summit.
The platform your whole program runs on.

The activation lasts 90 days. Summit is what keeps your brand selling after that. It puts your products in front of every facility in the network, trains the staff who recommend them, and tracks every order, certification, and click back to the facility that drove it.

One place for every facility to find you, learn you, order you, and reorder you.

What Summit does for your brand

Everything a facility needs to carry, recommend, and reorder your product.

🛒
Ongoing wholesale ordering
Your products live in the Summit catalog with wholesale and MSRP pricing. Facilities order and reorder any time from one cart and one invoice. This is the channel that keeps paying long after the activation ends.
🎓
Staff certification
Your brand course lives in Summit. Head pros, teaching pros, and front desk staff complete it, and certified pros get your product to use in lessons and clinics. That is what turns a pro into a recommendation.
📚
Brand directory and press kit
Your brand page, story, product images, and creative in one place. Every facility pulls approved assets from Summit, so your brand shows up right in every newsletter and on every shelf.
🔗
Facility codes and tracked links
Each facility gets its own code and link for your online store. Every online order is tied back to the facility that drove it.
✅
Proof on every deliverable
Facilities upload proof of each newsletter, demo day, and certification in Summit. Payouts are only released once the work is documented, so you never pay for an activation that did not happen.
📊
Campaign tracking and reporting
Orders, reorders, certifications, code sales, and deliverables by facility, in one view. Monthly reporting shows exactly what the program is delivering.
Summit product catalog
The product catalog facilities order from. Your products sit beside the rest of the network with wholesale and MSRP side by side, ordered from one cart on one invoice, and reordered any time.

How it works

From onboarding to reorders.

1
We onboard your brand
Peak loads your catalog, pricing, brand page, press kit, and certification course into Summit.
2
Facilities activate you
Facilities in your mix run their 90 day activation, starting with an initial minimum order when it is part of your mix, all tracked in Summit.
3
Staff get certified
Pros complete your course, get your product on court, and start recommending it in lessons and clinics.
4
Reorders keep coming
As product sells through, facilities reorder in Summit. You see every order and every facility in one place.

Summit pricing

$495 onboarding, then $95 a month. Billed quarterly, semiannually, or annually.

Summit is the platform the whole program runs on, including ongoing wholesale ordering. Choose how you want it billed. Each bill covers the period ahead, and longer billing periods are discounted.

Billed quarterly Summit due at signing
Billed semiannually Summit due at signing
Billed annually Summit due at signing
Every facility gets access for their entire staff, from head pros to front desk to teaching professionals, who complete brand education modules so they actually know and can talk about your product. Summit also houses all your affiliate links, QR codes, brand assets, and reporting in one place.
Step 3 of 6

Put a touring pro behind your paddle.
Then put that content everywhere.

Touring pros create content with your product. That content lives in Summit, runs through our media partners if you add them, and stays yours for your own channels. One shoot, working in every place your buyer looks.

Touring professionals represented by Peak
The Peak roster
20+ touring pros.
One agency.
Athletes competing at the top of the PPA, MLP, and APP, represented by Peak and ready to lead your campaign.

One shoot. Every channel.

This is where the campaign earns its keep, and where the PR comes from.

1
Pros create the content
Reels and posts with your product, made by athletes players actually follow and trust.
2
It lives in Summit
On your brand page, in your staff certification course, and in the creative facilities use for newsletters and demo days. Every facility in your program is selling with it.
3
Media partners amplify it
Add media in the next step and the same content is repurposed across our partner outlets. No second shoot, no second budget for creative.
4
It stays yours
You keep the NIL rights for your own social, site, email, and ads. The content keeps working long after the campaign.
Build it here

Pick how many pros and for how long. Each pro creates 2 pieces a month (1 reel and 1 post) that feed Summit, your channels, and media if you add it. Rates drop as the commitment gets longer.

Why a pro on your program is worth more than a face
When a player who competes at the highest level of the PPA, MLP, or APP is creating content with your product, talking about it on social, and using it in their training, that is credibility no media buy can replicate. Their audience is passionate, engaged, and buys what the pros use. The conversion lift is real but it goes beyond direct sales. You are also securing NIL rights, which means you own the right to use their name, image, and likeness in your own marketing, ads, and campaigns for the duration of the deal. That asset alone has compounding value well beyond the campaign itself. A brand that can say "used and endorsed by [pro name]" in any channel, whether digital, retail, or trade show, is a different brand than one that cannot.

Eric Fransen, Director of Athlete Management
Eric and our athlete team match the right pros to your brand, run the shoots, and make sure every piece of content lands in Summit, with our media partners, and in your hands.
Step 4 of 6

Add media, and the shelf stops being cold.

Activations put the product in players' hands. Media makes sure those same players already know the name before they walk up to the counter. Running athletes? Their content gets repurposed right here, so the same shoot runs again across our partners. Optional, and nothing is selected by default.

Where your message runs

We work directly with you to figure out which of the outlets below make the most sense for your campaign, then build the mix together and syndicate your message across them. This is not a menu you pick blind. We look at who you are trying to reach, what you are selling, and where that buyer actually pays attention, and we build the plan around it.

The largest online pickleball platform in the world, with 600,000+ unique visitors a month and 20,000 new newsletter readers added every month. The size matters, but the engagement is what makes it work. A 45% open rate and 12% click through are numbers you almost never see in newsletter advertising. Their audience is overwhelmingly beginner to intermediate, which is exactly the buyer still forming brand loyalty and most likely to act on a recommendation from a source they already trust.

The leading publication covering pickleball as a global sport, with editorial spanning the PPA, APP, MLP, and international tours across Europe, Asia, and beyond. Published monthly in digital format, it reaches a serious readership of players, coaches, organizers, and industry professionals who follow the game well beyond their local courts. This is the publication that covers where the sport is heading, which makes it the right corner for a brand that wants to be seen as part of pickleball's future rather than just its current moment.

Built entirely around the recreational player, the person who plays two or three times a week and spends real money on the sport. The newsletter goes out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The audience skews 45 and older with 41% above $90,000 in household income, and 3 out of 4 buy a new paddle at least once a year. Beyond the inbox they run branded video, group getaways, and a 2,900-person survey community that brands can put questions in front of. This is the reader who is already loyal to the sport and still deciding which brands to be loyal to.

Your budget range

Select a range and we will build the media mix to fit it. The media budget is paid in full upfront at signing. Leave it blank if you are not ready to put a number on it.

On timing: depending on the budget and what we are trying to accomplish, these typically run as 3 to 6 month media pushes rather than a single drop. A one time placement gets seen and forgotten. A sustained push is what builds recognition. We will lock the exact length and cadence once we have identified the outlets and built the mix around them.

We also believe you should add a handful of pro athletes alongside media. Pros create the content, and their involvement gives the whole program a layer of validation that paid placement alone will never buy. Facilities, media, and athletes working together is where this becomes a real omnichannel effort instead of three separate line items.
Step 5 of 6

What it returns.

Start with your unit economics. Reach comes straight from the facilities you picked, and every conversion rate is shown so you can see exactly how we get to the number.

1. Your unit economics

Where these benchmark numbers come from
Rates are set on the conservative side of published industry averages for email, in store display, and event retail. Newsletter clicks assume your brand shares the Brands We Love section with other brands. In facility display reach counts half of monthly visits, because the same members visit several times a month. Demo day buyers purchase from the facility's own stock, so their spend is counted once, inside wholesale orders, not again as online revenue. Every rate is editable so you can run the numbers with your own data.
4. What it returns

*For illustration only. Every return and reach figure on this page is a hypothetical example built from industry benchmarks and the assumptions shown above. It is not a forecast, promise, or guarantee of results. Revenue figures are before cost of goods, shipping, and other expenses, not profit, and reach figures are estimates based on typical list sizes and traffic for each tier. Actual results will vary with your product, pricing, inventory, facility execution, and market conditions, and may be lower. Nothing on this page is part of any agreement with Peak Pickleball Agency unless it is written into a signed contract.

It tells our team you are ready, and we use your configuration to prepare the actual agreement. That agreement comes back to you for review, and nothing moves forward until you have read it and signed it. Consider this the next step, not the execution.
